By accessing or using the MyApi website and services (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Service.

1. Our Service

MyApi is a unified control platform for managing OAuth connections, API credentials, and personal tokens. We provide:

• OAuth Integration: Secure connection to third-party services (Google, GitHub, Slack, etc.)
• Token Vault: Encrypted storage for API keys and credentials
• Access Management: Master tokens and scoped guest tokens for secure delegation
• Personas & Docs: AI-focused identity management with context organization

2. Limited License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to use the Service for personal and business purposes.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile
• Use for illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or threaten others
• Interfere with the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Bypass security measures
• Use to compete with us

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your password and tokens
• All activity under your account
• Keeping account information accurate and current
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

We are not liable for:

• Unauthorized access due to shared credentials
• Phishing or social engineering attacks
• Malware on your device
• Loss of password or token

4. Service "AS-IS" Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES.

We make NO guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy or completeness of data
• Uninterrupted uptime or availability
• Security or freedom from breaches
• Fitness for any particular purpose
• No viruses or malware
• Third-party service reliability
• OAuth provider availability
• No data loss

Use the Service at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect damages (lost profits, data, business)
• Consequential or punitive damages
• Damages from service downtime
• Data loss or corruption
• Unauthorized access
• Third-party service failures
• Your use of the Service

This applies even if we knew the damage was possible.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MyApi harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Your illegal activity
• Your content or data
• OAuth service connections

7. User Content & Your Data

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload
• You grant us license to store, process, and deliver it
• You warrant you have the right to provide this content
• You're responsible for legal compliance

Deletion
When you delete your account, all data is deleted immediately including:

• Files and documents
• OAuth tokens (revoked)
• Access tokens
• Persona data

Audit logs are retained indefinitely for security and compliance.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activities:

• Illegal activity
• Harassment or threats
• Fraud or deception
• Malware or viruses
• Privacy violations
• IP infringement
• Spam or bulk messaging
• Excessive resource usage
• Security circumvention

Consequences of violation:

• Immediate account suspension
• Account termination
• Data deletion
• Report to authorities
• Legal action

No refunds will be issued.

9. Third-Party Services

When you connect OAuth services (Google, GitHub, LinkedIn, etc.):

• Their terms and privacy policies apply
• We are not responsible for their security
• We are not responsible for their availability
• We cannot guarantee their reliability
• They may terminate service anytime

10. Payment & Refunds

Pricing

• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Price changes do not apply to current billing cycle

Refunds

• Non-refundable after service is provided
• Except as required by law
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Billing

• You authorize recurring charges
• You're responsible for valid payment info
• Failed payments may suspend service
• We're not responsible for bank fees

11. Security & Encryption

You acknowledge that:

• We use industry-standard security (HTTPS, AES-256 encryption)
• No system is 100% secure
• Your tokens could potentially be compromised
• We implement reasonable protections but cannot guarantee safety
• You use the Service at your own risk

12. Intellectual Property

Our IP

• All Service code, design, and content belong to MyApi
• You cannot copy, modify, or use for competition

Your IP

• You retain ownership of uploaded content
• We have license to store and deliver it
• We may use anonymized versions for improvement

13. Termination

We may terminate if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in illegal activity
• You threaten security
• We discontinue the Service
• Non-payment of fees

What happens:

• Account immediately deactivated
• Data deleted per privacy policy
• Access terminated
• Termination is final
• No refunds

You may terminate:

• Delete your account anytime via Settings
• We delete your data immediately

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

If you don't accept changes, delete your account and stop using the Service.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law where MyApi operates. Any disputes are subject to binding arbitration (not court):

• Disputes resolved via arbitration (private, confidential)
• You cannot sue in court
• You waive right to jury trial
• Each party bears own arbitration costs

16. Class Action Waiver

YOU AND MYAPI AGREE:

• All disputes are individual (not class action)
• No group proceedings allowed
• No representative actions
• You cannot join other claims

17. Severability

If any part of these Terms is invalid, the invalid part is removed and remaining terms continue in full force.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, plus our Privacy Policy and Incident Response Plan, are the entire agreement between you and MyApi.
